The concept of Quick Mix began as a result of identifying the biggest and most challenging problem facing all contractors that are quality conscious in terms of concrete. From biggest problem of ready mix concrete trucks getting stuck in the traffic jams which affect the freshness and quality of the concrete tremendously in terms of concrete temperature, slump and other factors that come up due to the time wasted on transit. To problems such as having to bare the cost of purchasing fully loaded transit mixer when the quantities required don’t match with the capacity of the batches prepared. And to Issues related to overhead costs and labour production consistency with logistics involved can become a nightmare.
